So you want to get fit but not put in the work? You can because it doesn't take as much effort as we once thought....I know, I've trained thousand's since 1984 from Martial Arts, Aerobics, weight Trainers and Lifters to Health and Fitness Students and Clients. An effective exercise routine can take less than 10minutes and include Warming up, stretching, cardio, isolations and Endurance and Stamina routines and a full Body strengthening workout, followed by a stretching warm down... How? Quality of Exercise Types and big compund movements.
